Jennifer Burton, FNP-C, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with 29 years of experience in the nursing profession. She is excited to announce the opening of Prescott Concierge Care, where she brings a personalized, patient-centered approach to healthcare. Her goal is to build lasting relationships with patients by offering accessible, comprehensive, and compassionate care tailored to their individual needs. Jennifer earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Indiana University, and her career has spanned a variety of roles, each emphasizing her commitment to patient care. Her extensive background includes years of experience in adult critical care, where she provided high-level care to critically ill patients while also offering support to their families. This opportunity to deliver focused, holistic care to a smaller patient load is what drew Jennifer to ICU work and is a core reason she has found her passion in concierge medicine. In addition to her clinical work, Jennifer also owned and operated a Care Management company, where she supported patients of all ages in navigating the healthcare system, securing necessary services, and prioritizing wellness and preventative care. Originally from Indiana, Jennifer and her husband recently relocated to Prescott, Arizona. They have two children attending Arizona State University and are enjoying the region's outdoor lifestyle and milder climate. Jennifer is also the proud owner of Bella, a feisty 7-pound dog who is always ready for any adventure, even with the local wildlife.
